Mana Build brings commercial construction systems, planning and accountability to the residential sector.Led by a qualified builder with 20 years’ industry experience and a Diploma in Construction Management, our background includes senior project management roles with Tier 2 contractors delivering projects exceeding $20 million and overseeing portfolios valued in the hundreds of millions.We apply that experience to residential developments and new builds through clear programmes, cost control, risk management and professional reporting. From first-time investors and family-led projects to experienced developers, we provide the structure, feasibility and transparency needed to build with confidence and give funders confidence in the project.
